Mountain Gate Realty was established in the UAE in 2002 by Mr. Haytham Al Habashi. 

As CEO, he is responsible for setting and implementing the firm’s strategies for growth across the region.

Combining his five-year Engineering Degree from Amman University in Jordan with a Master's Degree in International Business from Wollongong in Australia, Haytham brings considerable business acumen to this demanding role.

Education as a priority and high standards can be seen in the credentials and quality of his team. From Economics Degrees to Hospitality Management professionals, Haytham keeps company with high caliber staff in his offices.

Further strengthening his capabilities is his family's expertise in construction, real estate development, sales & leasing, and hospitality.

Haytham comes from generations of experts in these fields in Syria and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Since relocating to the UAE more than 20 years ago, he has worked with the region’s most high profile private and government entities, advising on real estate matters.

It is rare to find executive management in the UAE that personally offers both property and hotel management expertise.

Haytham is RERA certified as a Certified Brokerage Manager. In addition, he holds a CRB certification from the American Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers. 

For several years prior to establishing Mountain Gate, he was already a respected and leading expert in the real estate and computer industries. 

He has been a dynamic leader throughout the dramatic transition of the real estate market in the United Arab Emirates. 

His irrefutable reputation in the industry is dynamically demonstrated by the strength of the numerous relationships he has cultivated and from the trust he has gained from individual and corporate clients.
